Information on the new code of practice for local authorities on delivery of free Early Years provision for 3- and 4-year-olds from September 2010.

Early Intervention Grant - England only
Local authorities in England have been allocated Early Intervention Grant funding. This money is designed to support a range of areas, including money to ensure that free places for disadvantaged two-year-olds in 2011-12 can continue to be delivered before the move to free nursery education for all disadvantaged two year olds in 2013.
